The volume of gold mined in the history of man is an unbelievably low number. Gold is seen as a safe haven and a symbol of wealth, Thats been in the psyche forever and isn’t about to change.
There’s interesting reports about China positioning itself to push it’s currency as a global alternative to the $US AND it’s going to be backed by gold. I believe the US is stuffed and if China isn’t already number one it won’t be long. The global currency backed by gold......hmmmm.
There’s an endless supply of positive reports (eliminate the wacky!) for those of us who hold gold stocks or the physical to read. It’s a long term investment for me.
I’m happy with my couple of gold stocks......but of course I’ll continue to monitor their individual progress. Gold for me is a no brainer in this climate.US stuffed, global unrest, global pandemic and the aftermath, cost of doing business becoming more expensive, bubbles everywhere.
