It needs to be understood that certain people will claim the same economic and social policies will have different effects depending on whether they were implemented by politicians in "their team".
These people will claim JFK was a great and compassionate President whereas Trump was an evil right wing extremist even though JFK's policies and beliefs were vastly more fiscally conservative and nationalistic than Trump's. Even Bill Clinton's policies would be deemed "literally Hitler" if they were imposed by Trump.
They will tell you that Democrats are wonderful economic managers if share prices rise under their administration but if share prices were to rise under a Republican that would just prove that Republicans only care about the rich.
I'll let the reader decide whether such people can be trusted to provide any kind of useful analysis or whether they're merely the kind of people to grasp at any straws (or charts) to rationalize their prejudices.
