My 'night time glass of whisky' analysis tells me gold will be manhandled around this level for a little while yet while parties determine whether Basel 111 will be delayed and/or people scramble for the physical and divest themselves of the paper. I'm trying to research Basel 111 but there's a paucity of independent analysis out there, so if I find some and have some thoughts I'll post here. If anyone else has thoughts I'd relish their input.
The silver short 'event' largely came to nothing - I suppose you lose the element of surprise if everyone's inside the room.
