LOL They know if they include the above in the data inflation that it would be closer to 7-10%. Then going by their mandate, at 7-10% inflation they would have to increase rates by 500bp. The world economy can't even handle a 25BP rise. LOL I have a family friend who works at NAB in the Sydney CBD, they are incorporating negative interest rates into their computer system at the moment.
