Liens on BTC mean you may not actually own own it even though it's in your wallet. Disputes over ownership might be about to come to head with a btc lender filing for bankruptcy. Btc is easily traceable and under property laws there could be claims on the btc people think they own. Could get messy. I'm no lawyer but will be watching with interest.
