if your only got $10,000 how do you buy property with that? unless you just put it down as a deposit and leverage yourself with debt up to your eyeballs for the next 30yrs, is that smart? yes if youve got a good job, not if you dont.
shares, who in their right mind would buy shares now when on any analysis you use they are extremely overvalued no matter what metric you use, no thanks ill buy stocks when the DOW drops at least 50% from here.
There is a bubble in everything except gold and silver. and buying gold and silver stocks will not protect you either when the dow drops 50% they will get smashed too. as what happened in march 2020. if you think there going to be DEFLATION and a major depression, STACK CASH, read books on what happened during the great depression, cash was king, if you think eventually all this fake QE will have to cause massive inflation, buy the PM's, but of course not all at once because when a stock market crash happens, gold and silver get sold off during the first 2 days too before rebounding.
