yes, reality is though. These miners like RMS have such a low MC to start with at the moment. It is hard to see them declining, especially when they are coming into their low capex high production period. Unless gold is going to get taken to the absolute cleaners. There will be $1000 margins still on 300k per annum producers like RMS and SLR to name another i like. Thats serious cashflow right there. You are talking $300 million per year ( minus ofcourse the usual office costs and exploration) . And with long production plans in excess of 7-8 years. So yes, they can drop back from their present SP but how much and how low?
