Not sure about the Basel 3 effect-in theory I guess should be supportive of price but price recently I think is just driven more by spectre of rising rates and talk of talk about future possibility of tapering by Fed. and COVID recovery. etc and sentiment in general.

As we know all that can change in a instant with the herd stampeding from one side of the ship to the other instantly and another unexpected 'nasty' event could emerge at any time. Seems inevitable to me especially with all the market distortion, ridiculous risk pricing lunacy and pumped up markets, capital misallocation, lack of price discovery etc etc.

Just a question of timing and what the bottom might be.
