The market will call the bluff on any hawk talk... any short term dips are buying ops. Until I see panic in the debt market, BTFD.
As for POG, I often trade it during FED talks, of course being as rigged as it is there's usually a false move leading up to the lip flapping - I usually counter long or short those fake pump/dumps before the true move begins.
