Another goldbug allegation without any proof whatsoever. Governments are selling the stuff, I proved it the other day with a newspaper article on which banks are unloading it, but I suppose that's not true, the banks are 'secretly stacking', something only goldbugs know about, but no one else does.

Which banks are 'stacking'?
