The RUSSELL 2000 is on the verge of a major breakdown from it's sideways topping formation. This could be the first major US index to commence a downtrend since the COVID Boom. If this breakdown occurs, I expect it would be followed by the S&P, NASDAQ & Dow Jones.
I think the market is starting to recognise this risk as the HUI rose around 7.5% which is the biggest single day rise in a long time.
The sector rotation out of stocks and crypto and into GOLD may just be Beginning!
