With all that's 'going on' and revealing itself and the incredible late session 'miraculous' turnaround in US equity markets overnight it wouldn't take much of a 'surprise' on any of the 'fronts' over the coming days to satisfy your speculation and wouldn't surprise at all. There's obviously lots of 'nervousness' out there and another stampede for the exits and a risk off preference is quite easily imagined I think.
