As a holder of physical Gold, my position hasn't changed with the POG volatility.. Because when Gold goes down so does the AUD.. No significant change in value. However, it is different story with Gold miners and explorers.. POG goes down, their SP sinks?!!!!! They sell their stuff in $US and convert to AUD. Most have their gold hedged ..so what is the problem? it is manipulation, and shorting and every smelly thing one knows in stock trading...At the end of the day the small punter gets shafted especially when scared and fleeing...It is cruel and nasty out there in many areas ....
