Looking at bit more about the "Russian EMP," when one considers that the US Neocons murdered the US President in 1963 because he attempted to defang the CIA and also ran the 911 operation then any talk of a Russian EMP is more than likely a false flag job as in if there is an EMP attack in the US then it will likely come from the US Neocons. They are gettin desperate and if something like this occurs then it could be an attempt to further the chaos in the US and have the Election cancelled.
