As some have already mentioned, and as I have mentioned previously, I think the latest rally has been as more about USD weaknesses than it has been about gold strength.
I'm not getting too excited about gold until it starts moving up in USD, JPY and EUR terms (which it isn't doing at the moment).
That said, moving up in USD terms still grabs headlines and will bring the spotlight back to the industry and more analysts will begin to realise gold miners are undervalued and start rotating back in, even without large gold price rallies.
