They keep reporting so called high capital buffers, but when you look at the maths or what the banking standards pass for maths... 1-4% not 11-14? I may be wrong because when I looked at the standards it seemed really weird how everthing is weighted, it is structured in such a way as to make it incomprehensible and is very hard. Any one got a better understanding?
