I'll say it again...which central banks? They don't mention which banks, because they're third world countries. China and Russia are buying infinitesimal amounts which mean absolutely nothing in the big picture.
China has a a few billion in gold but has to spend US$3 trillion on aircraft.
The others are the 'stans....chicken feed.
