Hi Pointy the AUD strength was always on the cards. Im expecting 70.5c and 71c to be reached very quickly. $$ pouring into Aust from o'seas. Im not sure when that may ease up. Still, AUD POG is still in the high range and the average over the last qtr has been best ever for most gold producers. I expect a bit of a sell off also but once AUD gets to that 71c level, USD price changes should result in AUD POG running higher again and any future drop in AUD will put a booster under our gold producers. imho.
