I've had a few minor problems over the years but nothing really major, I pick all my tenants myself, very, very carefully. You can't make major money without taking a few risks, it's a fact of life.
The notion that gold is going to thousands of dollar like you see posted here is fairytale stuff, if you look at a chart of gold it's in a huge double top, a very bearish pattern.
