Is the US 10year rate not a 'real' rate?
Because if you look carefully at this chart you'll see that gold and 10 year rates are inversely correlated. Perhaps it might help if you illustrate you assertions with charts or actual data.
Unfortunately goldbugs make lots of assertions and allegations but don't back it up - which I do.
