OMG!!! China's buying up the world's gold...not that ol' chestnut again.
That absurd, baseless rumour flooded the gold forum years ago. China was doing lots of 'stackin', we would be poor and China would be rich, Chinese buying was gonna send the gold price to the next universe. What a joke.
Thousands of posts like this from 2004.......as if the USA could give a Schiff if China bought every ounce of gold on the planet. No one cares.
