    I suspect you are right that that is Basel III for dummies - it is just the goldbug rhetoric that i suspect you have read elsewhere?
    There is nothing changed in Basel 3 regarding gold as capital holdings. So the relevance directly to gold as collateral or leverage is not there... nothing changes.
