I would stay away from nursing homes as they are now basically what feels like places the poor elderly are sent to die 10 times faster. I think the generation heading into elder age will now prefer spend their money on buying land in the bush and rather die then going into a nursing home. Next 10 years won't see major growth, But at record high suicide rates sadly and a mental health devastation (good investment)
