@Skol I respect your opinion but feel that US equities market are due for a decent correction soon and money will flow into safety i.e. being Gold sector (as it's already commenced to do so).
Gold is headed towards US$2,000+ soon imo but it's only my opinion & none of us have a crystal ball.
P.S. I think the property market has run it's race as well as the Big4 Banks tighten their noose around mortgage holder's in rising loan rates already. Property market due for a correction as a result imo
People are like seagulls as they'll flock to the next best thing that's performing well so I hope it's Gold.
