what risks are you taking at the moment? Most of your capital is tied up in a term deposit, doesn't scream risk taker to me!
It screams that of an older man trying to minimise risk! Why didn't you just borrow more money to buy another house and keep undiversified by just owing property alone, why do you put capital into other investments outside of property?
