IMO this bounce is everyones opportunity to get out of stocks and etf,s. Lower interest rates wont fix a thing at this stage.
We are heading towards negative interest rates, the real question is where do you put your money, leave it in the bank and pay the bankers for the privilege?
Bail in a real possibility as economies stall due to the virus and the possibility of bank failures.
The banks and Govt are putting everything in place as we speak.
Phyisical PM,s and a bit of cash in a safe place and real physical assets seems the safest way to keep your wealth, I would expect gold and silver to cop some pressure as the stock market resumes its fall in a couple of days, which is why PM,s havent bounced back to where they where imo. they will be opportunities to top up as far as I am concerned, just hope they are still available.
