I had a look at White Metal Resources website and their market cap is only C$1.5m and are trading at near 12 month low. They have another property, Shebandowan, which looks like is their primary focus. They probably do not have the cash to explore and develop both properties and so will divest Pickle Lake but maintain a stake in mine in the form ADV shares. So it is smart move by WMR so they can focus their limited cash on one project and a good pick up by ADV giving them a pipeline of projects and resource diversification.
