Correct me if I am wrong -
According to your summary HLX currently holds a 90% interests and Glencore owns 10%.
Eventually Glencore will transfer all its interests to HLX on the basis it will earn 1% of the NSR royalty.
Net Smelter Return (NSR) is the net revenue that the owner of a mining property receives from the sale of the mine's metal/non metal products less transportation and refining costs.
