HLX have NO MONEY to mount a decent exploration campaign to prove up a gold resource.
It doesn't matter what the quality of the asset/s is/are!!
You can't buy up the world if you are flat broke!!
This is the realm of dreamers who think you can build an empire out of empty pockets.
The next raise will be done at 1.5 cents (or lower) I reckon, and from here the spiral of raise / dilute, raise / dilute, raise / dilute will accelerate.
