From what i can gather Alkane have approximately 170 employees. No need for fifo, not sure how many guys and girls actually work at the coal face so to speak. The point being they are in a much better position then the multi-mine global site, national and global work force situation. With such low numbers and locally based they are in a much better position to mitigate risks associated with operations and personel, resulting in a smoother operation then most. Anarchy upsets the apple cart, apples for everyone!
