I know I mentioned in a post some 6 months back that they were having financing trouble mixed with Indonesia.

What you have to learn is that the reason mentioned for a company change of negotiations is not the actual reason.
A certain amount of face saving often goes on.

In this case Archipeligo is blaming the Chinese Govt for its own failings.

So APG accepts this and moves on.

It's only a minor hickup.
Please don't expect them to report every burp and belch they have every day !
