In my opinion, insto's are probably droolling to get on at 40c. This is practically a 30% drop, and with gold only going in one direction its really a no brainer.
The one thing that will push gold to record new highs will occur in the next six months if it does. If not then we could see some stabalisation if this event does not occur and the US start doing something about their inflation. By all means i certainly hold the answers, though i have invested in gold stocks for one reason atm.
Lets see if this event occur's, and then the shorters can cry!
You probably ask what is this event-Israel attack on Iran. If it is too occur it will have to be while bush is still in power, and were starting to see the rest of the world wanting harder sanctions against Iran.
Also as israel will need american help to refuel over iraq if this is too occur!
