does anyone have an idea why institutions are not buying at 38 cents, which is a 5% discount to the rights issue ? i would have thought sp would be above 40 cents ?

Also, it appears moderators have clamped down on this thread. i think its terrific. well done guys. Keep it up, this is about SBM and should be kept to SBM.
just a suggestion to moderators, it would be good idea to search for the instigators and ban them because what happens is investors get attacked by them and draw people like me and mcbutler into unwanted personal challenges.
