Interestingly when gold was $US1830 per oz and KAI only had a 1.1m oz (JORC) Resolve Research had a conservative price target of 4.6c. With 25% more gold 1.38m oz and a roughly 37% increase in the gold price that now looks like 7.8c. Add nothing for the REE discovery, the potential of the Main Trend extension, other tenaments and the $20m PLS deal and it becomes apparent that KAI appears somewhat undervalued.
Im hoping the scoping study due early September produces a result that attracts a share price much more in line with that. Fingers crossed.
