Hi again Jerry,
When I was talking about runs on the board , I was not talking about ERL , but when did Ruane last have a decent listed company score?

I would agree that there are , and have been, worse run penny stocks than ERL .
But that is pretty faint praise.
As sweet and kind and honest as Ruane seems to be , a bit of recent '' runs on the board '' would be nice.

One thing that surprises me , and I am not sure if it is normal for these sorts of companies , but when I have been in discussions about patents and licenses , and hence royalties, there has usually been some sort of use it or lose it clause , or an ongoing payment.
