GOLD TOLL TREATMENT PLANT JVA SIGNED
Nagambie Resources Limited (“NRL”) (ASX: NAG) is very pleased to
announce that NRL and Golden Camel Mining Pty Ltd (“GCM”) have signed
a comprehensive Joint Venture (“JV”) Agreement (“JVA”) for the
construction, commissioning, operation and rehabilitation of a gold toll
treatment plant at the Nagambie Mine.

And if you scroll down further here is the exciting bit!!;

*The initial ore will be trucked from GCM’s Golden Camel Mine.

And guess who CYL has a JV with at the Golden Camel Mine/Open Pit + Tooloon!!

And one more exciting bit of information in todays announcement!!

*Toll treatment charges for third parties providing ore to the plant will be
approved by the JV Committee based on recommendations from the
Manager;

And some writing from an article in June 16, 2020;

The companies agreed in 2018 that Catalyst would earn a 50.1 per cent interest in the exploration licences if it spent $650,000 on exploration within five years.

Catalyst expects it will earn that interest by the time its latest drilling programs end.

Looks to me like CYL is going to be a miner in Victoria very very soon once the plant is completed!!!!
