Mark Bouris |
Mr. Mark Leigh Bouris, BCom(UNSW), MCom(UNSW), Hon DBus(UNSW), Hon DLitt(UWS), F.S.A., is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Anteo Diagnostics Limited. In addition to his chairmanship with Anteo, Mark Bouris is the Executive Chairman of Yellow Brick Road Wealth Management, the Executive Chairman of global technology company TZ Limited, and a Non-Executive Chairman of Serena Resources. Mark is an Adjunct Professor at the University of New South Wales Australian School of Business and he sits on boards for the University of NSW Business Advisory Council and the University of Western Sydney Foundation Council. Mark holds a Bachelor and Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and has doctorates from the University of New South Wales and the University of Western Sydney. Mark is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the author of three business books, Wealth Wizard, The Yellow Brick Road to Your Financial Security, and What It Takes. |

Mr. Jef Vangenechten has been appointed as Global Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective June 1, 2016. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Diasource Immunoassays S.A. He is a veteran of the bio-technology industry in Europe, and holds a PhD in Biology and Physiology. |

Richard Martin |
Mr. Richard Martin is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director, Company Secretary of the Company. He was Non-Executive Director of Anteo Diagnostics Limited since September 23, 2005. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of Business. He practiced as a Chartered Accountant for 16 years, 11 as a partner in a medium sized Sydney practice. He has considerable experience both inside and advising corporate entities, his work has included complex business structuring and financing, the establishment of international hotels from conception, the public listing of resource companies, the management of foreign currency loan portfolios, establishing and operating start up technology companies and the negotiation and implementation on the purchase and sale of enterprises. |

Nobuyoshi Maeji |
Dr. Nobuyoshi Joe Maeji, Ph.D., is Chief Scientific Officer of Anteo Diagnostics Limited. Dr. Joe Maeji is the founder of Bio-Layer. Prior to forming Bio- Layer, Dr. Maeji held the position of Head of Research for Mimotopes Pty Ltd and Sr. Director for Small Molecule Drug Discovery for Chiron. At Mimotopes Pty Ltd., he directed R&D, production as well as commercialization of products and technologies during the growth of this company. Dr. Maeji holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology. |

Tamara Mills |
Ms. Tamara Mills has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer - Australian operations of the Company, effective August 15, 2016. Ms Mills has over 10 years’ experience in the successful development and commercialisation of innovative medical technologies from research and development through to manufacturing, sales and marketing. Tamara holds degrees in both science and business, and has an extensive background in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, having held both technical and commercial executive level positions within Australia and Internationally. Tamara’s last position was Director of the Cardiology Business Division for Jubilant DraxImage, a Global pharmaceutical and medical device company based in North America, leading product development and commercialisation, and reporting directly to the CEO and board of Directors within Jubilant Life Sciences. |

Dr. John Hurrell has 30 years of experience in the biotechnology and life science industries. He has a track record in starting, building, growing and improving the profitability, performance and value of life science and healthcare companies. Currently, Dr. Hurrell works as Senior Executive Vice President at Seegene, Inc. where he is responsible for the International Business Division. He has served as President and General Manager at Focus Diagnostics, Vice President of Business Development at Quest Diagnostics, as well as senior positions at Genzyme, Boehringer Mannheim, Merck Serono, and a number of other companies. |
