To begin with let me be clear that this is purely a technical indicator and that it is in  its early stages  currently


What is a Golden cross?
Theres some reading on the web about it but in lay terms its when a stock 50 day moving average  GREEN LINE crosses above its 200 day moving average RED LINE

In even simpler terms its suggestive of a BULLISH change in direction

When did this last occur for THX?
If you look at the chart April 2014 around 5c when it had come off its lows of 3c

What happened shortly after?
Well im sure most long termers would remember but a few months later following drilling the stock had made those intial high grade discovery holes at Red Bore and the stock had peaked over 35c a 7x gain from the golden cross levels


Will it happen again?
The Golden Cross isnt always right and doesnt guarantee anything. So we cant just say the stock is just going to rocket from here however when you combine the following
The stock is currently drilling at Red Bore again (coincidence?)
The stock technically had been setting itself up for  break up (coincidence?)
TLM rising 2-3x from its levels for its 30% interest in a potential nearby discovery
The odds do seem to stack in THXs favor that we should reasonably expect a move north from here


Remember this is all just amateur  chart talk and ignores the fact that THX will need to see some good follow up intersections to set the tongues wagging and for the price to play out as the chart suggests it may
