The fact that they havent even stated the reason for the halt suggests that negotiations or finalisations of sumthign big is in play.
This could be bad, since the have a capital line they might be drawing upon it which eventally results to share dilution. (bad in a sense of shorter term sentiment)
However it could be something compleatly different like a takeover or unexpected findings, who knows. I just hope they are not issueing more capital.
