Does anyone have a view on KBO's Canning Basin Divestment to Golden Dynasty? They are the Canadian company funding the upcoming drilling program in the Canning Basin. Golden Dynasty have been sniffing around for at least 6 months since a farm out was firstannounced.

Under the proposal, KBO share holders get a capital return in the form of (to be) ASX listed Golden Dynasty shares.

KBO retain exposure to any Canning Basin success and (they say) they get to concentrate on their core assets of coal bed methane in Europe and their prospective Oil Spill Remediation process.
