I agree Jakeb with all, it may be that the ASX forced them back as was the case last time?

If they are confident on the situation in terms of other alternatives in the meantime and the longer term Ukraine project we should be ok. It is good that some one is prepared to stump up 5mill? although at alloted installments but they must have a positive view on the long term prospects to do so.

The share placement is a bummer because of dillution, very bad timing but nothing to do! the dilution will be a worry!
