I think the challenge for them is cash flow. Their Build and operate model implied that they have to pay for all the start up cost of providing electricity, and recover their cash slowly as the customer pay for the monthly utility. So it posts two issues: 1. how can they continue to get new cash to fund the next project; 2. when commodity price drop and mine stop operating, they are stuck with the initial start up cost that can't produce revenue
