ERM aren't building the mill, the crew the "main man" works for are.

So the "necessary procedures" aren't done but a "heritage issue" has been "resolved".

And call me crazy but if it was me I would have made sure the heritage issues impacting the constructing of a mill were resolved back in 2021 when I announced I was going to build a mill that would be completed in 2022 (roughly 9 months time) rather than wait until the mill was 2 years overdue - but hey that's just me.

The cynic in me would say all these "procedures", "heritage issues" and FID delays are simply stalling tactics by TCMG but I am sure we can trust the "main man" and ERM managment - they haven't steered us wrong before , have they?
