Holders need to focus on what we know.
PGASCOM has access to 80% of the Indonesian population, fact. They have signed a contract with TV2 to make its products available to those 210million people, fact.
If PGASCOM did not think this was a commercially advantageous course of action why would they do it. They must believe they can sell to a substantial percentage of their addressable market so what number are they targeting. 1,5,10,20 percent. Just 1% is 2 million people.
At just $1/ sub this is still $24mil/year to TV2.
I am pretty sure they would think they had failed if they were to only get that. No wonder the announcements reek of confidence. Believe or don't but the numbers are frankly staggering.

It only takes one influential but toxic person to destroy an organisation. By the same token it only takes one person to turn that organisation around in a short space of time. Luckily for us TV2 survived and I now believe we have 2 such people aboard.
