Going over the ann from Eagle Energy my gut feel is that this could be the deal the SG will deliver. Clearly the detail fits the profile of us:

Midland
producing approx 600 barrel at end of March
new zone opportunity -'cline'

The timing seems to aline with our ann when talks have advanced in the last few weeks on April 16? We also said that we could have an ann by the end of May, which would tie with the 18th of May when the closing of the offer with occur. Throw in around the same time GGP tells Terrace that their offer will go no further.

Eagle and the seller have secured a rig and completion services for the assests - HALLIBURTON. They also plan to drill 10 wells by year end, information of drill sites would have been discussed with Eagle, meaning the locations have already been ear marked by GGP.

All this going on while GGP is quietly planning its own horizontal program to kick off in the second half of this year!

is this possible?? or should i relax a bit!
