Although you say that this award will do nothing for the sp, I have to say it will do a great deal for confidence. And where there is confidence, there is an increasing sp!
Do you believe that this award will in any way assist in the environmental approvals required for Irvine?
Here's hoping that you can use this award as leverage both in the rise of the sp and in gaining approvals.
