Auag, I think I now see the logic of their modus operandi.
Clearly they are going to need more money to get the mine up to its full capacity. My reasoning has been that the best way to do this would be to concentrate on getting gold out and income flowing and then worry about finding more gold further down the track.
However, if they prove up a lot more reserves then the share price will go up and it will be easier to either (a) borrow the required funds or (b)issue more shares with less dilution
