golden opportunity not to be wasted

Winter has already started early in Europe and North America [not sure about Asia]. However, the need for urgent supplies of a flu vaccine is huge and growing.... there is not enough supply to meet the demand. I for one, would be quite happy for Peter Cook and co. to keep the 20million he plans to reimburse us this year and use it to:
a). produce more units a.s.a.p; +/or
b). spend the money on marketing this important product to the global markets with immediate effect.
