Does anyone have any insights into this? Is it an injunction? Will a judgment be delivered today? If it goes against RIM will the SP be smashed further?
With a 50% drop in SP over the previous three days, I fear there is a lot of downside here.
The Board have got RIM into such a mess. I guess today's proceedings will give us an insight into where things are heading.
