I think this is a good indication of the market caps that are vulnerable. Also the registers are wide open...
Where there is no strong shareholder support and the top 20 only control 20% of a stock they can be acquired without too many problems.
Of-coarse the most important factor is the product portfolio..Is it something that is way undervalued because it is in the hands of a lowly funded micro-cap bio rather than a bigger company.
